Let it be

i'm had a hectic week...dealing with depression with workload , and other things necessary to be done. One thing that i regret so much is that i'm didn't concern more on my health during the past week and i now i had a bad bad health condition ..

what else should i do?
as time flies.. i just need space for myself
rearrange my schedule to have a healhty body and mind
